អគ្គនាយិកា ស៊ុន សុីហនិតនោវី នៃក្រុមហ៊ុនអភិវឌ្ឈដំណោះស្រាយបច្ចេកវិទ្យា TSD បានអញ្ចើញជាគណៈប្រតិភូចូលរួមក្នុងវេទិកាស្តីពី ការផ្លាស់ប្តូរ និងកិច្ចសហការ លើការអភិវឌ្ឍស្ត្រីនៅតំបន់អាស៊ានឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ដោយផ្តោតសំខាន់លើប្រធានបទ «ការផ្តល់អំណាច ការចែករំលែក នវានុវត្តន៍ ផ្នែកបច្ចេកវិទ្យាបញ្ញាសិប្បនិមត្ត និងការអភិវឌ្ឍស្ត្រី» ដែលរៀបចំដោយសហព័ន្ធស្រ្តី នៃខេត្តក្វាងស៊ី កាលពីថ្ងៃទី ១៥-១៧ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ដោយមានអ្នកចូលរួមប្រមាណ១៨០នាក់ មកពីប្រទេសអាស៊ាន និងទូទាំងប្រទេសចិន។ គណៈប្រតិភូកម្ពុជាដែលបានចូលរួមមានចំនួន ៥នាក់ មកពីក្រសួងកិច្ចការនារី ក្រសួងប្រៃសនីយ៍ និងទូរគមនាគមន៍ និង សមាគមសហគ្រិនស្ត្រីកម្ពុជា។

វេទិកានេះបានបង្កើនការផ្សាភ្ជាប់បន្ថែមទៀតលើកិច្ចសហការអាស៊ាន-ចិន ដែលនឹងជំរុញឱ្យស្រ្តីអាចចូលរួមប្រកបដោយសក្កានុពលក្នុងវិស័យវិទ្យាសាស្ត្រ បច្ចេកវិទ្យា បញ្ញាសិប្បនិមិ្មត AI និងនវានុវត្តន៍។ រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា បាននិងកំពុងយកចិត្តទុកដាក់ក្នុងការបញ្ចូលបញ្ញាសិប្បនិម្មិត ទៅក្នុងក្របខ័ណ្ឌគោលនយោបាយ និងយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រជាតិនានាដើម្បីការអភិវឌ្ឍស្ត្រី ដោយផ្តោតលើការអប់រំ និងបណ្តុះបណ្តាល ដើម្បីផ្តល់ជំនាញដល់ស្ត្រីលើផ្នែកសេដ្ឋកិច្ចឌីជីថល ក៏ដូចជាការបង្កើតដំណោះស្រាយ ប្រកបដោយបរិយាបន្ន ដែលឆ្លើយតបនឹងតម្រូវការ និងការពារផលប្រយោជន៍របស់ស្រ្តី។ ជាមួយគ្នានេះ ក៏មានគោលនយោបាយជាតិស្ដីពីវិទ្យាសាស្ត្រ បច្ចេកវិទ្យា និងនវានុវត្តន៍ និងក្របខ័ណ្ឌគោលនយោបាយ ស្ដីពីសេដ្ឋកិច្ចនិងសង្គមឌីជីថល ដែលផ្តោតលើការលើកកម្ពស់ជំនាញឌីជីថល និងការចូលរួមរបស់ស្ត្រីក្នុងវិស័យឌីជីថល និង STEM។ ឥឡូវនេះ កម្ពុជាក៏កំពុងត្រៀមបញ្ចប់យុទ្ធសាស្ត្រជាតិស្ដីពីបញ្ញាសិប្បនិមិ្មត ផងដែរ។

Ms. Sun Sihanithnovy, Chairlady of Technology Solution Development TSD Co., Ltd, was invited as delegate from Ministry of Commerce to participate in the 2025 Forum on Exchange and Cooperation for Women’s Development in ASEAN, focusing on the theme: “Empowerment, Sharing, and Innovation in Artificial Intelligence and Women’s Development.” The event was organized by the Guangxi Women’s Federation from 15–17 July 2025, with about 180 participants from ASEAN countries and across China. The Cambodian delegation included five representatives from the Ministry of Women’s Affairs, the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications, and Cambodia Women Entrepreneurs Association (CWEA).

The forum further strengthened ASEAN–China cooperation, aimed at empowering women to engage more actively in the fields of science, technology, artificial intelligence, and innovation. Cambodia has been prioritizing the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) into various national policies and strategies for women’s development, with a particular focus on education and training to equip women with digital economy skills, as well as fostering sustainable solutions that meet women’s needs and safeguard their interests.

At the same time, Cambodia has national policies on science, technology, and innovation, along with a digital economy and society policy framework, both of which emphasize enhancing digital skills and increasing women’s participation in the digital and STEM sectors. Currently, Cambodia is also preparing to finalize its National Artificial Intelligence Strategy.
