Driven by a strong commitment to advancing Cambodia’s digital economy, Sihanithnovy has played a key role in positioning TSD as a trusted technology partner in Southeast Asia.
With over 11 years of experience in business leadership, software solutions, and project implementation, Sihanithnovy has supported global brands and MSMEs in solving complex business challenges through innovation and strategic technology.
Beyond TSD, Sihanithnovy serves as a Board Advisor of ForeverYoung Global Co., Ltd., Vice President of Cambodia Women Entrepreneurs Association (2024-2027), and Vice President of Cambodia Digital Tech Association, 2023 President of JCI Toul Kork, and former UN Youth Advisory Panel Cambodia.
Sihanithnovy holds a Master’s degree in International Business Administration (iMBA) and professional certifications of “The Company 101 – IPO” and “Winning with Emotional Excellence” from ITD Master World-Class Training. Her leadership has been recognized internationally, including the Young Woman Leader Award (Women in Tech Singapore, 2019) and the Best Emerging Woman Leader Award (UK, 2023).
