Challenges
Point-K aimed to launch a modern loyalty ecosystem connecting merchants and consumers in Cambodia, but lacked a unified, user-friendly mobile platform to drive participation, track points, and enable seamless redemptions. Fragmented or non-existent digital loyalty solutions made it difficult to compete with emerging retail and F&B reward programs while ensuring high merchant and user adoption.
