Objectives
The primary objective was to deploy a dedicated clinical management and POS architecture tailored for Cambodia's advanced medical aesthetic sector.
The project was engineered to achieve the following core objectives:
‣ Digitize Patient Course Ledgers: Replace paper treatment cards with automated multi-session course decrementing and digital client confirmations.
‣ Automate Multi-Tier Doctor Commissions: Eliminate spreadsheet disputes by calculating physician procedure fees and consultant sales bonuses in real time.
‣ Integrate 3D Skin Analyzer Records: Bridge consultation room facial imaging data directly with front-desk reception and client profiles.
‣ Deploy Dual-Screen Reception POS: Install capacitive dual-display terminals allowing clients to verify treatment packages and scan ABA PAY KHQR.
‣ Enforce Medical Consumable Control: Automate lot-number and expiration tracking for medical serums, Botox vials, and laser consumables.

Key Outcomes
The deployment of Aesthetic Clinic Management System Cambodia elevated Tiara Beauty Aesthetic's clinical efficiency and patient trust:
Key outcomes include:
‣ 100% Digital Treatment Traceability: Zero lost treatment cards and zero disputes over remaining prepaid facial sessions.
‣ Flawless Commission Transparency: Doctors, consultants, and aestheticians view verified daily commission reports without accounting delay.
‣ 85% Reduction in Consumable Wastage: Expiry date safeguards and procedure-based stock deductions eliminated clinical supply losses.
‣ 88.5% Cashless KHQR Adoption: Dual-screen customer payment displays accelerated counter checkout and eliminated register cash variances.
‣ Enhanced VIP Patient Experience: Seamless check-in and automated Telegram arrival receipts reinforced the clinic's luxury brand positioning.
Challenges
Managing a high-end aesthetic medicine facility presented unique operational and clinical challenges:
Key operational challenges included:
‣ Disputed Multi-Session Treatment Cards: Paper-based loyalty cards were frequently lost, damaged, or disputed by patients regarding remaining sessions.
‣ Contentious Doctor Commission Payroll: Complex split compensation rules between consulting doctors, sales staff, and aestheticians caused administrative friction.
‣ Isolated Diagnostic Machine Data: Optical skin analyzer diagnostics were disconnected from patient billing records and medical histories.
‣ High-Cost Cosmetic Inventory Leakage: Costly dermal fillers, anti-aging serums, and laser consumables lacked per-procedure usage tracking.
‣ Counter Congestion During Peak Hours: Slow manual invoicing and paper receipt issuance created queuing at the grand reception desk.
